August 22nd we headed down to Capitol Reef to another family reunion. My Grandma's Blackburn side had a huge reunion that included her parents and aunt's and uncle's family. My Grandma's cousin and her husband own a hotel/steakhouse just outside of capitol reef and hosted us for the weekend. They gave us the "family" rate and we enjoyed our stay. They had the actual reunion in the conference center right around the corner from our room so we were able to give Addie a nap that afternoon! It was such a nice relaxing weekend! We swam, the kids played on the playground, we ate lots of food, and enjoyed doing nothing! Sunday we got up and went to church in a little town where there is maybe 30 or 40 people in the ward, a relative of ours spoke. It was nice to get away for a day!
She definitely hasn't swam as much as the other two had by this point so she is very apprehensive!
We stopped in Richfield and ate at Pepperbellys. We had one just up the street from our house and it closed because the owners moved to Idaho. This place was almost exactly the same and the food was great! We all got free fried ice cream too!
These two love to hold hands in the car!
