Playset

We bought a playset for the kids way back in April! We really didn't anticipate it being so long until it would get put up! Andrew has been busy getting the rest of the yard done and he wanted the area to be ready before he just put it up. It has been sitting in our garage since then and it was started to drive me crazy! He needed someone to help him so Brent came and helped one Saturday night and got the biggest part done that he needed the most help with!

He slowly did some here and there over the last week and then last Friday he only ended up working half a day so he came home and finished it up only taking a break when dinner was ready! The kids have been so excited!

Saturday morning the kids went right out there after breakfast and stayed outside most of the day! I made and canned Salsa and they hardly bugged me! It is nice to have a place for them to go play without needing to be watched 100% of the time, unless Addie is out there then I worry more!

Easton's First Day of Preschool

Easton has waited for his turn forever to start school! He finally started on September 11th! It seems like he started so late! He loves going and loves that he has something in common with Ella! They discuss each day as they eat lunch what letter they went over that day, it is kind of cute!

He goes with our neighbor Britton! They are only a few days apart and Britton's mom Jenny is so nice to bring Easton home twice a week since preschool gets out at the same time as the kindergarten!

Labor Day

Labor Day was a strange day! Addie had been sick the day before and we thought she was just getting teeth or had allergies. We got stuff done around our house and then headed to my Uncle's house for a BBQ. We stopped and got some drinks at Fiiz on our way and put a little Sprite in Addie's cup to just make sure he stomach was settled enough. She got out of the car and spit up a ton of mucous on their sidewalk! She acted like she was fine running and what not I just thought she was conjested! We enjoyed a nice BBQ and then headed home so Ella could get to bed since she had school! About 11:30 I was finally getting up the stairs to go to bed and I heard her throw up! We gave her a bath and she then threw up again about 20 minutes later! We finally got her settled and made a bed on our floor in our bed and slept with her on the floor! That was a bad night, sleeping on the floor was awful! But she would only sleep if we were by her! It was a long night! I thought the other kids were out of the clear after a few days but the next Sunday morning Easton was throwing up and by mid afternoon Ella was! I think we are finally free of it, it has now been a week! I sanitized our whole house at least 4 times and every one's sheets and towels have been washed at least 6 times in hopes of getting rid of this nasty bug! It was a crazy week!

Doesn't look like she doesn't feel well!

Wedding

September 3rd my little brother Spencer got married. He married a girl named Sarah (same as our youngest sister). They both served in the same mission and she came home a year ago on the day they got married! We were at the Ogden Temple open house last September and we ran into her. She had gotten home the day before! We kept telling him she was really cute and tried coaxing him to ask her out. He finally did and they dated for a while and got engaged in May! It turned out to be a perfect day! They were married in the Salt Lake Temple. They had such great support! It was a wonderful ceremony and such a great reminder of our own day almost 10 years ago!
Waiting for them to come out of the temple!

My parents and family friend Aprill

Coming out of the temple! Sarah's mom made her dress, it was so pretty!

These kids all love Uncle Spencer so much and drive him crazy!!!

Addie loves Spenc!

My entire family, in one place for a whole day together!

I love my siblings!

So they got married the same day as the Utah vs Michigan game. I am pretty sure every Michigan fan that came for the game was on temple square that day! These lovely people just walked on the stairs mid picture and tried to take their own, the photographer was like um hello I'm in the middle of a shoot here! It was hilarious they had to ask them a few times to move!

Sarah and her dad

My parents held the luncheon a couple hours later at the Joseph Smith memorial building. Andrew's sister Deb was nice to come downtown and take Addie and Easton while we attended the luncheon! I think they got the better end of the deal they got to go to McDonald's and the Disney store!

We saw them taking pictures way down below!
Their pictures were amazing!
The two oldest grand kids Ella and Jocey got to come to the luncheon! It was fun to just have her with us!

My little sister Sarah and three cousins Ali, Olivia, and Will
Their reception was in Sarah's parents backyard! It was a little windy when we were taking pictures but it calmed down for the rest of the night!
Addie loved baby Rachel! We wish they lived closer!

Easton has always had a thing for Sarah! He loved watching their wedding video!
