Most people already know but our Little Sister is coming sometime around February 2nd. We are really excited. We told our families a little over a month ago and told our kids last week. They really don't get it a whole lot but are slowly catching on! We found out two weeks ago it is a girl! I asked Ella a few times the last few months if she would want a brother next or a sister and she always says brother! She is slowly coming to like the idea! I spent most the summer feeling pretty tired and nauseous but have slowly been feeling better! We are excited for this new little one!

Bees Game
A few weeks ago we decided to go to a Baseball game. It was the beginning of the playoffs and and we were sad we hadn't made time for one this summer. We went on a perfect night! It was perfect weather and not a whole lot of people came! We started off by riding the train down. We live about a mile from a couple Trax stations and so we decided to ride the train! It has certainly gone up in price over the years! The kids were in heaven! Easton had a glow on his face he was so excited to ride! He still talks about riding it daily and how fun it was!
We got to the game a little early but the kids had fun running all over!
Ella looked at the program and asked me to point out which one was Dad. We got a good laugh out of it!
Once the game started we enjoyed hot dogs! It was $1 hot dog night otherwise we would have probably skipped them! Then the kids enjoyed riding this little train a few times throughout the night. There weren't very many kids there so they were able to ride a lot!
10 yr reunion
A month ago I went to my 10 year high school reunion. It was fun to see people I haven't seen in a while and see friends I keep in contact with. It wasn't the best night and it was a little strange at some points but I had fun catching up. Andrew was doing fill in work that day and so he came for the last hour. The food wasn't the greatest but my Oreo cheesecake made up for it!
These girls were at my table, one girl and her husband had walked away before we could get a picture with her.
Bobbi, Ashley, Me, and Amber
Bobbi and I. Her husband wasn't able to come either. The best part of the night was being asked by the one kid in our class that has always been strange and hasn't changed a very awkward question. He came up and was talking to us and I was doing my best to not look at him while he talked and he asked if we (Bobbi and I) were together, like in a relationship, living together etc! It was so awkward and gave us something to laugh about the rest of the night. We both just said no, we have husbands and kids at home!
It was so fun to see my friend Kate! We went to High school together and then a few years later ended up in Memphis together while I husbands attended Optometry school together. It was great to have someone I knew when we moved that far away! They live in Oregon now and were able to come down for the weekend! Andrew and Ben enjoyed catching up and talking about what they know best, Eyes!

Willard bay
A couple weeks ago I got together with some old friends. I hadn't seen them in a while and we wanted to get together. We decided I going to Willard Bay to let the kids play in the sand and water. I was worried when we got there it was only about 72 and pretty cloudy. It actually ended up being really nice since it wasn't so hot. We had a nice picnic lunch and then the kids were off! They had a lot of fun playing for almost 4 hours! I didn't know Ella had it in her to get in the water and to get her hands dirty. She had so much fun she really surprised me, she usually is pretty girly and doesn't care much to get dirty. Easton had fun as well, he just loves to get dirty and water and sand are his heaven! He was hard to get to leave he was having so much fun! Their bath water that night was so dirty by the end but that means we had a great and fun day! The sun did come out for the last hour and it got pretty warm. We were glad it was as cool as it was for most of the time once the sun came out!
He loved that he could throw the rocks in the water and I wasn't telling him not too!
Easton covered in dirt in the first few minutes!
We wandered down to the docks for a few minutes. My friend kids jumped in and swam for a bit. My kids loved running up and down the dock!
Ella was so funny and was trying so hard to get on the tube but just kept falling in and would laugh!
Another Easton face!

Playing at Grandma's House
A few weeks ago we went to my Grandma's for the day again. My cousins came with their kids and we enjoyed playing in the water! Ella also helped my Grandma make bread, which he favorite thing to do. She made us some yummy scones with some of the dough and we enjoyed fresh food from her garden!
The kids favorite part of it is going with buckets and helping here water her garden!
This is the Place
So Andrew wanted to go together to This is the Place park on my birthday but we just ran out of time. We decided to go two days later since he still hasn't started his other job. It was really hot this day. We enjoyed walking around and seeing all the sights. Easton enjoyed riding on the train and it was nice to have a little break and be in some shade. We were a little disappointed though. It costs quite a bit it get in and there didn't seem to be a lot to do. There were a few places closed and what not. After being to Nauvoo so many times it seemed as though it was trying to be Nauvoo and not quite making it. It was kind of sad but we still had a good time and got to spend the day together!
Here is a momentous occasion, both of them smiling AND looking at the camera!
While waiting for the train these nice people played some songs for us!
Ella got to make a fun necklace, for some reason they wouldn't give Easton one.
Playing on the boat!
Panning for Gold! They loved being able to play in the water and mud!
We were pretty bummed that the little train was not working that day, that is what they advertise on their commercials and so it was kind of annoying that it wasn't going.
It was really hot by this point and we were hungry!
Ice Cream cones and Root Beer floats for lunch is the best!
We finished the day off with the petting zoo. They also do pony rides. We really thought this would be a bust knowing our kids and the way they hate animals. Ella got right on and Easton cried for a minute but in the end they had so much fun and loved it and have asked to do it again a million times since! This ended up being the highlight of the day and I'm glad they would do it!
