Easton has a fascination with things on his hands. This winter he was often found with gloves on at all times! He also discovered the sock drawer in his room and he usually had them strewn around the room while he was supposed to be going to bed! This night he had them on his hands, I wasn't surprised he loves to keep them covered!

Scheels
I forget that I need to check Andrew's phone for pictures! The beginning of March we went to Scheels to check it out. It is just down the street from us and we have heard they had some cool things! We wish we would have chosen a different day because it was really busy but we still enjoyed it and we can go back another day when it isn't so crowded and ride the Ferris wheel they have inside! The kids had a good time and we were happy to get out of the house, this winter really made us feel all cooped up!
We came to the Football and Basketball section and Easton was in heaven! I hope we can go back soon and get him both a real not plush football and a basketball!

Trains!
Last Monday we had a work party at my Grandma's house. All of my aunts, uncles, cousins, and all our spouses got together to help my Grandma get ready for summer. My Grandpa took such good care of his yard each year and it was immaculate! We want to make it look the same but my grandma can't do it alone so we all chipped in to help, I just watched this year since I couldn't do much with my hand and arm from my surgery. Everyone got a lot done for her and it is starting to come together. We had a great dinner together after and a nice FHE with everyone who was still there! Friday we went up with my sister and her husband and the guys helped my grandma's brother spread mulch all over her yard. I know we will spend a lot of time there this summer so the least we can do it help make it look beautiful!
While cleaning out her storage we found my Grandpa's train he used to put around the tree at Christmas. Easton was enamored! He thought it was the best thing. He couldn't eat his dinner because he wanted to watch the train! Andrew was so patient with him and helped him watch it multiple times that night!
Sleeping Kids
I don't know what it is about my kids sleeping but I love to take their picture. I think when they are sleeping they are so sweet (they are when they are awake its just different). It is like time is standing still and for that moment they aren't growing up to fast! Some nights I do crawl in bed with them just for a little snuggle! I just love my kids and am grateful each day that I get to be their mom!
Easton loves to unzip his jammies, thankfully those were put away for the summer this week! I think he may have been hot this time!
I told Ella I need just 30 minutes to myself since she had said she didn't want a nap this day, I gave her about 20 books, stuck her on my bed and 15 minutes later I found her bent in half and asleep, also she had smeared chapstick all over her blanket and mine!
She loves to sleep on my parents bed when she naps at my mom's house, she has such fine features and they really come out when she is asleep!
Trouble
I am way behind, thats what happens when you can only use one hand! Easton got into the Aquafor not one time but three times in two days! He had it in his hair all over his bedding and bed and we just found more the other day! The next time he had a glob of it in his eye! By the third time the next day I was so mad he sat on his bed for 30 minutes until Andrew came home. He has had really bad eczema since we moved back plus the winter was really bad. He can be found scratching his back in his sleep it was so bad so I think he was just trying to give himself some relief from it all, he knew that is what would help it not to itch!
El Paso -Farm
On Wednesday when we were in El Paso my brother took the day off and we headed up to Las Cruces to an Old Farm. They had museums and lots of stuff to look at along with the farm! It was such a perfect day about 76 degrees and there wasn't any one there! We sure enjoyed it and the kids did too!
Easton wasn't happy to ride in the stroller!
Ella was having a hard time staying on the side of the displays she was supposed to so we went for a walk together and talked and it seemed to help!
They had this simulator for the kids to stick a finger in and they could feel how it feels when the cow is getting milked, kind of strange but they thought it was funny!
Easton was in heaven and loved all the old farm equipment, tractors, and trucks!
Then he noticed the train and was on cloud 9! He is in love with trains right now and it is cute to see how excited he gets when he sees one!
They had another room full of John Deere tractors and some the kids could try they each took turns!
The final room we went was a toy room with a slide. The kids could go to the top of it and put the eggs in and then come down and collect them from the chickens, it was the only thing my kids wanted to do!
If I had money this would be the first thing on my list to buy for Easton! He loved it!
We then finally ventured out to the animals after a snack break. They had 7 lambs born that week, they were so cute!
We ended by playing on the playground! They had so much fun!
Ella only wanted to swing the whole time! She has come a long way, just a year ago she was terrified and would never go near one!
After we went to Papa Murphy's to pick up some pizza for dinner and then went to Celyn's parents house. The kids played on the playground and jumped on the tramp for a good 3 or 4 hrs. Celyn was cutting crafts for us in her dad's shop, she was so nice to do it for us!
Her parents live next to train tracks and a few trains went by while we were playing, Easton thought it was the best thing ever!

This is how close the trains are! They are really close!
All the kids with my brother and sister!

El Paso
These are all out of order and I don't care. On Easter we left and drove to Moab, we being my mom, sisters Emily and Katy and my kids and Jack. The next morning we got up and left Moab and headed towards El Paso. It was a long drive but we finally made it to my brother Jared's house at about 7 that night. We enjoyed a whole week with them and we were all sad when we had to leave, hopefully someday we will all live closer! The kids had so much fun together and enjoyed each other! Tuesday we went and met my brother for lunch with his boss, she wanted to meet us all. We then went to a mall and then drove home, driving on the freeway there is like nothing I have ever experienced! It is insane and I thought after driving in Memphis I was fine but driving there on the freeways is crazy and I see why my sister in law never goes to meet up with my brother for lunch! Wednesday we spent the day at a farm, another post about that. Thursday was our craft day. Celyn cut out wood projects for us to paint and mod podge while we were there so we spent all day Thursday doing those. Friday we went to the Outlets near their house. It was also about 95 degrees that day and it was hot but it was nice! We then went and got some Mexican food for dinner that night and it was really good! Saturday we watched the first session of conference and then we loaded my van and we were on our way home! It was a good drive home and we were happy to see our husbands again!
Leaving Moab
Grandma spoiled all the kids and paid for them to ride in the cool toys! They loved them and it was hard to get them down!
I shared a king size bed with Easton and he still managed to roll all the way to the other side and off the edge!
This was Easton still awake at midnight after he had been laying there for 3 hrs!
Monday was Emily's birthday and Celyn had orange chicken and had made a cake for her when we got there, and Blue Bell ice cream! They really need to sell that ice cream in Utah!
Watching a show!
My van hit 55,555 while in the middle of the crazy freeway!
One afternoon we spent at my sister in law's parents house while she cut our wood for our projects! Jack loved their little dog! He wanted to hold it himself! My kids are no where to be seen because they are terrified, someday hopefully we will get over that!
Katy had all the kids on her bed and laughing one night! They all love her to pieces!
Nothing better than Christmas Jammies in April!
One afternoon the kids played in the water table!
Easton watering their plants!
He was done after a few minutes!
These two were up to no good and were taking cups of water and dumping them on the girls, it is funny how teasing girls comes so naturally and at such a young age!
Something happened I think he was dumping water in the sand box and so he got in trouble and wasn't happy!
The first night! They were so excited to have a sleepover!
This was as we drove off and left the 4 husbands in the dust! They all looked a little rejected and like what do we do now!
