Monday we headed to Disneyland first thing. We already had a tickets we had gotten in the mail before we left. We got there right at opening and headed in and did Pirates first. Ella was a little apprehensive and didn't really want to get on making Easton feel the same but in the end they got on and had a good time. We spent the day in Disneyland. We had some Mexican food for lunch. It was actually really cold that day and so it was making the kids kind of grouchy! We spent a few hours in Toon Town, something we really never have done but with so many little kids we figured it was worth it. We rode the train around the park, went on Splash Mountain which made us wet and cold, we also rode the tea cups which the kids all loved and wanted to ride it over and over again, along with the carousal. We also rode the Haunted Mansion and it terrified Ella. She still talks about never wanting to go on it ever again! We enjoyed watching the parade that night and then did a few more rides but went home around 9 to get the kids to bed.
Andrew got soaked on Splash Mountain!
My mom got us these Mickey shirts a few months ago so we had a Mickey day!
Tuesday we got to Disneyland at 6:45 to do Magic Morning, which is early entrance to the park before it opens to the public. We love it, it allows us to go into Fantasy land and do all those rides without the long waits! We went right in and did Dumbo, Merry go Round, Peter Pan, tea cups, and Storybook ride. Andrew tried to take Ella to see Elsa and Anna but the line was over 3 hours so he decided against that idea! We had lunch reservations at the New Orleans Cafe for lunch. It was my sister Emily's birthday and that is what she wanted to do. We got yummy Monte Cristo Sandwiches! We then headed over and did California Adventure the rest of the day.
This is from Monday, Poor Ali had a bird poop on her during the parade!
Easton keeping it classy! He fell asleep in the stroller after lunch and had a good long nap. Well we went to take him out to get on the Toy Story ride and he was really wet! I had extra clothes the day before but took them out. Luckily I kept some clean underwear for him in my bag and Celyn had some pajamas for Tyler. We were so grateful to have something even though he looked pretty funny!
That night we also got to meet Lightening McQueen and Mater. I am pretty sure Easton thought he had died and gone to heaven!
