New car

Andrew was finally able to get himself a new car! He has been such a trooper driving his truck around. He still hates that our accord was totaled he really was looking forward to driving it someday! His trucks sole purpose was to get us through school and that it did plus a year and a half longer! It was just not economical to drive! He was constantly filling his tank and hasn't had air conditioning in it for almost 2 years! He was spending literally hundreds of dollars each month just in gas! He also would come home so hot all summer and his hearing was starting to take a toll from driving on the freeway with the windows down! I am so happy for him! We finally were able to start looking once we closed on our house! He looks for almost 2 months and was pretty set on getting another Honda Accord or a CR-V. He finally found an accord and he test drove it 3 different times. We went in the last time and he started looking at the Subaru Legacy's. He drove it and instantly knew that is what he wanted. It is a Sedan with good gas mileage but it also has the all wheel drive which he really needs in the winter with his commuting! We went with him only having an hour before he had to be to work and it was Saturday so we figured nothing would happen until Monday. Well they were able to get it all taken care of for us! They were so nice to work with and very trustworthy! They didn't even ask for employment verification or pay stubs or anything they just went on our word when they asked us stuff! He got off work and we went down to pick it up! We got there and earlier I noticed on their site another Legacy pop up that wasn't there that morning. It was almost the same but it was the next step up from the one we were getting and a little less (they say it was less because the color isn't popular, who knew!). He drove it really fast and then I did and we decided that it was the one we wanted, after they had detailed the other one :) They took it back and did a quick detail and handed over the keys! Ella said to us later that night that it was so fun to have our old car back from being fixed. We are pretty sure she thinks this is our old accord, it is a lot the same especially the color! Andrew was so excited! I am so happy for him he deserves it so much and has worked so hard to get where he is today! We then went and celebrated and ate at Habit Burger!
