Pioneer Day

Pioneer day was probably one of my favorite days this summer. It was Andrew's first day off (besides Sundays) since April when we were in California. He was really excited his office was closed! We got up bright and early to head to the parade! It was actually a really long and slow parade! The kids always love it and enjoy seeing all the fun floats! The kids favorite though was seeing President Monson in the parade!

Spencer having only been home about 24 hrs was still fun to tease!
Ella is such a happier child when her cousin Jocey is in town!

Easton loves being on his dad's shoulders!

She had her morning nap in the comfort of my arms!
All the cousins that were there (some are 1st cousins and some second cousins!)

After the parade we walked a block and got to meet up with our goods friends the Lants from Optometry school. They live in St Louis and were here visiting family for the week. They were so nice to stay a little longer so we could say hi. It was really fun seeing them and their new baby as well! I really miss Heather and am glad we stay in touch! I wish she lived closer she was my walking buddy in Mississippi!
