Birthday Girl!!

I took these on Addie's Birthday! It was just like any other day! Andrew had work, Ella had school and dance! We picked Ella up from school and went to Andrew's office! They always love seeing the kids! We went to lunch together! We then went home and made cupcakes and Andrew got off early which is always a plus! We drove to Salt Lake to take Ella to dance. After her dance we sang happy birthday again to Addie, since we had done it two days earlier at her party it was way informal! We enjoyed cupcakes and then went home and put the kids to bed! It was such a great day! I cannot believe she is 1! She has been such a joy to have in our family and has brought such a great aspect to it! She is one spoiled little girl! 

At 1 she refuses to walk, it has to be her idea on her time! She loves to gives head bumps (her way of giving loves), she loves food! She loves to play. She takes two naps a day usually around 10 or 10:30 depending when she got up and around 2 or 3. She sleeps from around 8 each night until 8 or 9 the next morning! She loves going outside and points to the stroller whenever she sees it, meaning take me for a ride! She certainly didn't travel nearly as many miles her first year like the other two but she did make it on a few trips! She hates shoes and socks! She is slowly learning to keep socks on. She hates getting dressed! She loves her bathtime! She loves to look in the mirror. She says Hi, uh-oh, ma ma, da da, and Ella. She loves to wave and has to wave out the window as Dad leaves each day! She loves her Aden and Anais blankets! She has 8 of them and loves each one the same! She can usually be calmed right down once she gets one! She is getting a lot of hair and the back seems to be curly just like Ella's was! She was still nursing twice a day when she turned one (we finally weaned her this week, it has been a sad rough week)! She is still a mama's girl but if her dad has been gone all day she prefers him for a little bit when he gets home! She hates the babysitter, we are working on her liking her so we just go out more so she will learn to like her! She loves to look out the window! She is such a joy and we love you Addie girl!

I took Ella's pictures on her first birthday on the same thing! They seem to look so much alike but they don't at the same time!

She loves to have me open the shutter on the window by our front door so she can watch all the kids playing outside! She stands there and screams for a few minutes then I usually hear the shutter slam shut!

I had to get one last picture before she turned one!
