Ward Christmas Party

We had a breakfast for our ward Christmas party this year! The primary kids sang a few songs as part of the program. We did a little Nativity Trivia as well. 

Why can't anyone look at the camera?!? What are they looking at??

Santa Clause even came! My kids did so well with him!

Addie walked right up and sat on his lap! I was shocked! She has made huge strides the last few months and will actually smile at people when they look at her and she doesn't cry in nursery or when a babysitter comes which has been amazing!

Easton's Birthday with the Bibo's

The middle of December we were finally able to celebrate Easton's birthday with Andrew's family. It was such a busy month we were grateful to finally find a day! We had dinner and then presents! Easton was so excited! His aunts know how to spoil him!

Since we were tired of cake we decided to go with Brownies with peppermint ice cream and homemade hot fudge! It hit the spot!

Setting Up Christmas

The kids were so excited to finally get a tree and decorate for Christmas! We went and got our tree and the kids had to decorate it before they went to bed! It was pretty cute Addie would go right to the same spot with each ornament and after they went to bed we moved half of them up! There is something so magical with kids during the Christmas season!

I don't remember why I took this picture, he looks like he is falling asleep at the table!

Addie could often be found eating off the gingerbread house which has really old candy on it!

Warm Days in December

We had some pretty warm days the beginning of December! Ella and Addie got to ride bikes for a few minutes before we had to go get Easton from preschool. Ella gets out early on Fridays about 40 minutes before Easton and it is hard to figure out what to do, we usually come home for a few minutes! This was one of the last days before it snowed and we have had snow since!

Easton's Birthday

Poor Easton kind of got the birthday shaft this year. I was so burned out from Ella's. I need to find a way to not so he always doesn't get the shaft! I think he still had a great birthday I just feel like I didn't put into it as much as I did Ella's. We started the Sunday before his big day and sang to him with some pie! He was excited to be sung too!

My mom gave him his present, a soccer set with cones and a ball and a new shirt! 

This was him that night after we got home! His soccer stuff next to him in bed and he is snuggled up with his baby blanket my mom made for him!

The morning of his birthday! He didn't have school on his birthday! He got a new shirt and some new pants to wear!

For his birthday we met some of my family at McDonalds for dinner and then went over and saw the Good Dinasour. We are grateful for $5 Tuesdays and $1 popcorns! 

We got home kind of late but that didn't stop the presents! 

I was grateful to have a few things stashed in my closet I had bought over the year!

He loves to wear costumes so when I found this after Halloween for way cheap I grabbed it and he loves it!

This is what he really wanted! Every time we would go to Costco he would just stare at it! He is in love with it and I find him playing with it daily!

I sure love this sweet boy of mine!

A few nights later I made some cupcakes and took them to my moms and we sang to him!
