Addie's Birthday Part 2

After we opened presents we had cake! We all sang to her and I helped her blow out her candle! She knew what to do but sometimes you just need some help!

We put her in the highchair and gave it to her. My other two kids didn't really get into their cake a whole lot, Ella wouldn't touch hers and Easton burnt his finger on the fire before! She went to town and loved it! I can't imagine how her tummy must have felt later cause she ate most of it, granted a lot ended up on her and everywhere but she still ate a good portion!

We all wish we could just dive in and eat a whole cake!

She was wired! Her facial expressions were hilarious so I just kept taking pictures but I love all of them and am so glad to have them now!

My kind of girl licking her plate!

and then she hit a wall and was done!!!

Addie's Birthday Part 1

We celebrated Addie's birthday with my family a couple days before her birthday. I really enjoyed putting her birthday together. I have never really gone all out except for one other time for a birthday for my kids. We were always in school and so I really enjoyed planning and getting everything ready for it. There are a few other ideas I had for it but I ran out of time and money. I ordered her a outfit on etsy a few weeks before but was a little to late to get exactly what I wanted, I didn't know that it took so long to get some stuff! I then went from there with the colors of pink and aqua! Everything seemed to fall into place pretty easy. I went to get plates and cups and there were the exact party colors! It was fun to put together! We had a yummy dinner of ham and cheese sliders, and copy cat recipes from Zupas of Wisconsin Cauliflower soup and nuts about berries salads! I ordered her cake from Schmidt's Pastry Cottage and they made me a cute smash cake with her name!

Waiting for her party to start!
Almost ready to eat!

I also made some Brazilian limeade!
Her cake was so good! I just might have to order from them again!

This stubborn child will someday walk!

We opened presents! Thanks to Christmas she knew somewhat what she was doing!

Ella got her a baby doll!

She loved this gift from Katy and Kyle and phone that plays music and yogurt bites and puffs! She didn't want anything else once she got some yogurt bites!

A few decorations!

I went looking for a cake stand at Tai Pan the day before and found this wrapping paper, just the perfect colors for the party! Andrew and I got her a little play table/activity center she can stand up to and play!

Preschool Program

The middle of January Ella's Preschool class had a music program. It was so cute. They did all the songs they had learned so far this year. They started with I am a Child of God. They did Halloween songs, Christmas, Thanksgiving, and some Columbus ones. It was really cute! She loves school and always loves to go and leave me in the dust! She will definitely do well when it is time for Kindergarten next year! We are registering her next week I cannot believe it!
