Friday Morning we checked out of the hotel and went to Downtown Disney to have the kids pick out their souvenirs. Easton had been asking the last two times we've been to Disney to make one of these cars! Andrew felt he was finally old enough to take care of it! He had a blast building it! It cost way more than I would have ever thought so I just let Andrew deal with it!
Andrew is all about fairness so he let the girls go next door and pick out a build a bear! It was still way cheaper than that car! Addie was in heaven and still sleeps with that bear as close as it can be to her!
On our way back through the hotel to our car we saw Chip so we took a pic!
We drove down to Newport to go to the beach for the day! But first I made everyone go to my favorite place there, the Crab Cooker! It is cheaper at lunch so we went there first! Andrew isn't a seafood person but their salmon is so good! They also have the best potatoes ever! The kids each split one plate and Andrew and I got our own. I got a bowl of Clam Chowder as well which Addie ate most of it!
We then drove across the street to the beach! It was literally the perfect day! It was warm but not hot and the wind wasn't blowing! Our kids love the beach, especially Easton! I love sitting and watching! I just don't love the mess after!
Their dad is awesome and helped build a castle!
This girl loved the beach!! She loved filling her buckets with sand and water!
I was there! Andrew set up a tent and some chairs and I sat down and had a good nap for about 15 min!
We finished off the day and rode the Ferry over to Balboa Island and got a treat!
