Lagoon Round Two

I'm exhausted thinking about how much we did in these three weeks! Anyways the day after we got home from the Cabin we headed to Lagoon! We wanted to be able to enjoy it with our Arizona cousins so we went again! We started out swimming again! I opted to not swim this time it just seemed like to much work to change! Andrew was a good sport and had some fun with the kids!

Sarah was nice to chase Addie around for a bit!

This time around we stayed at Lagoon all day and the kids enjoyed rides all afternoon!

Addie LOVES the boats!!

Luckily we got her to sleep for a few minutes!

The merry go round! My mom and sister in law got stung by the same wasp on this ride!

I had to beg Ella to go on this ride. It is a kid size roller coaster. After she went once she wanted to keep going and did a few more times!

The train!

We enjoyed all the kids rides while Andrew and some of the other adults went on some rides for a couple hours!
We grabbed a treat to eat before we left and enjoyed it! It was a fun and tiring day!

Cabin

The first week of August we headed up to Samak to the Cabin for the week! It was especially fun to have our Arizona cousins here with us this year! We enjoyed a couple relaxing days!

The kids painted rocks to take to the fairy forest that is just up the road about 10 miles from the
 cabin!

My sister in law Celyn is so handy, she made each of the kids smocks for while we painted since we didn't have anything to protect the kids clothes!

Walking to the fairy forest! It was a little bit more challenging than we thought it would be. We had to cross a river and it was pretty rocky and slick! It was quite an adventure getting all the kids across and my Grandma and a baby and everyone carrying rocks!

We had no idea what we would find but holy cow it was crazy! It was filled with all sorts of painted rocks and it went on and on and on! Later on in the summer they did a news story about it saying how trashed the place was and how it is ruining the forest so the person that started it and some others went up and cleaned it up a bit. It was a lot of fun for the kids to see and do!

All the rocks the kids painted!

It was slightly easier getting back across because we had 50 less pounds of rocks!!

We headed into Kamas one of the days to swim! We love the pool there! Addie had the time of her life!
Girls!

Ella and Jocey!
I had to post two because I just couldn't leave the photo bomber out!!!
Easton loved to not be seen which scared me a few times! His favorite was going down the big slide and he probably went 25 times!
The last night it was my little brother Spencer's birthday so after work him and his wife Sarah came up for dinner and cake! The kids were thrilled to have a birthday party while we were at the cabin!
Cleaning the cabin to get ready to go home is always easier if the kids are in one place, so one tiny ipad had them all in one place!

Art Camp

Ella did an art camp the first part of July. She did it for a week! I wanted to do the two week one but it just didn't work out! A old neighbor and friend and her husband do it each summer in their backyard. He teaches high school and so it is a way they supplement their income each year! He is amazing at what he does! Ella had so much fun and has already asked and talked about doing it again next summer! It is nice because it is my mom's neighbor so Ella was able to sleep over a couple times and just go over in the morning!

After they were all done with classes for the summer they had an art show to display all the kids creations! It is pretty fun to see everyone's talents.

Welfare Garden

Andrew signed up to weed the church garden. It is pretty close to us and just acres and acres of farmland! It is strictly an onion farm! He said it was pretty amazing! I'm glad he got a chance to go out there!
